By booking a stay or using the services provided by Desert Dream Royal Camp, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Reservations
- Bookings can be made via our website, phone, email, or authorized travel partners.
- A confirmation email or message will be sent after successful booking with all details.
- Guests must provide accurate and complete personal information during the booking process.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Payment Policy
- A minimum advance payment is required to confirm bookings.
- Balance payment must be completed at the time of check-in.
- We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect already confirmed bookings.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in: No refund.
- No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
5. Guest Responsibility
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow camp rules.
- Any damage caused to property or belongings due to negligence will be chargeable.
- Illegal activities or misconduct may lead to cancellation of the stay without refund.
6. Safety & Liability
While we take all necessary precautions for guest safety, Desert Dream Royal Camp is not liable for:
- Personal injury or illness
- Loss or theft of belongings
- Accidents during adventure activities (e.g., camel rides, jeep safaris, parasailing, etc.)
Participation in adventure activities is voluntary and at your own risk
7. Force Majeure
Desert Dream Royal Camp shall not be held responsible for failure to fulfill any obligations due to unforeseen events such as natural calamities, weather conditions, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
8. Use of Website
- All content (text, photos, videos) on our website is the intellectual property of Desert Dream Royal Camp and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
- We reserve the right to update or modify the website and terms at any time without prior notice.
9. Privacy
All guest data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We value and protect your personal information.
