Safaris:
As this is an additional service, no refunds are offered for Safari bookings.
Guests have the option to independently book safaris, and we do not impose any obligations.
Terms and Conditions:
The general check-in and check-out policy is as follows:
- Check-in time is at 1:00 PM.
- Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out requests will be considered, subject to availability, with applicable charges.
Cancellation Policy (On Accommodation):
- 15 days before: 100% refund
- 7 days before: 30% refund
- Within 7 days: No refund
Refund Policy:
- The same policy applies in the case of medical reasons, contingent upon the submission of a hospitalization certificate.
- In the case of a severe medical emergency, a 100% credit note will be issued.
- Refunds are strictly not provided.
- A credit note will be issued in the event of force majeure, natural disasters, or national emergencies.
